Accessibility
How to ask for information in another format, and how to give us feedback. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Our commitment
We are working to meet The Accessibility for Manitobans Act, including the Accessible Customer Service Standard and the Accessible Information and Communication Standard that applies to private-sector organizations.
New and significantly updated web pages and web applications are being built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site uses labelled navigation, live regions for errors and status messages, a skip link, and keyboard-visible focus.
Ask for another format
If you need information about a booking, a policy or a receipt in an accessible format, or need communication support, email [email protected] or call us. We will talk with you about what works and provide it in a timely way at no extra cost.
Feedback and complaints
Tell us at [email protected] if any part of the service is hard to use. Include the page or step, what happened and what would help.
We acknowledge feedback within two business days and aim to fix or explain within ten. If you are not satisfied, you can raise it with the Accessibility Compliance Secretariat of Manitoba.
Where we are still working
Our native mobile apps have not yet been through an independent accessibility audit, and the driver app relies on map and camera components we do not control. We are scheduling an audit and will publish the results and a remediation date here.
Training
Staff who deal with customers are trained on accessible service and on The Human Rights Code (Manitoba) as part of onboarding.
